Cancellation Policy

In an effort to avoid no-show, & late notice cancellations with my finite schedule, Please give 72 hours’ notice to move your deposit to the newly schedule time slot. If you experience an emergency, please text updates. In the Case of extreme weather when CTA and Metro are closed, appointments are automatically cancelled, and all fees are waived. Late start appointments will be rescheduled at stylist next convenient time slots. Cancellation of less than 72 hours will be forfeit full-deposit price. All rescheduled or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours are charged Full-Service amount.

If you prefer to schedule without deposit forfeiture, look at day of openings, pay in full and I’ll see you at your appointment. If you are booking for the first time, please schedule a consultation for more information on the correct service for you or read through descriptions well before booking.
